DR. RIFLEY - LAS VEGAS COSMETIC SURGEON
Dr. Rifley graduated from the University of Arizona School of Medicine. After obtaining his medical degree he completed a full residency in General Surgery graduating as Chief Resident at the University Medical Center, Las Vegas, NV. Following completion of his General Surgery Residency, Dr. Rifley attended and completed a full residency in Plastic Surgery at the University of California at Davis as Chief Resident.
